Consumer research....and as like all these type of operations...when someone actually answers the phone at the customer end, the call is put through to an operator...if there is one available, hence the silence if one is not immediately there. They do state, if calling the number back, to leave your name and number to remove you from the database, which I have....so we shall see if these "nuisance" calls do actually stop!

I have just gone to use my Ebay account for the first time in 5 months and it said i need to change my password. This is the number rang my home number immiediately afterwards so i tried doing it again and voila !!! My phone rang again. If you change your Ebay password dont use the home phone option use your email or txt it to me option. Hope this puts all your minds
