Not sure if it is a scam, but concerned they knew my name, and what domestic appliances I have. We recently cancelled insurance with Domestic and General, so wondering if they have sold on our details. Told them I don't need their insurance as would by new if beyond economic repair, and the caller seemed surprised that I could fix a recent washing machine problem myself. I received a phone call from +44 20 8097 5643 claiming I recently responded to a social media ad (I didn't). The scam company is 'Apollo.Expect' their website is https://apollo.expert/ and the caller claimed they were based in oxford and major cities across Europe. There is nothing online about the company so I immediately knew it was a scam. After reminding them they are in breach of GDPR the call immediately ended.
My mobile number is not in use, just use it for mobile data. Just had a call and got an automated "you have a Fedex package waiting" I just hung up.

Called me, asked for someone who doesn’t live here, then repeatedly asked my name. Very hard to understand. Raised voice when I pointed out he should know my name as he was calling an ex directory number.
