I've worked in customer service multiple times, one thing I've been told which is common sense is not to spam our customers with calls, maximum I'd call is 2 times for a single customer then stop. Whoever's number this is has been calling everyday for the past few weeks which is 100% a scam. They claim to be e-on which is fake because their number isn't on e-ons website + they wouldn't be calling everyday. Had this number call me loads and when I finally picked up they asked me about my accident and my scrapped car (they knew the exact model) when I said "I m sorry but I can only speak to my legal team or to people they ve told me I can speak to" she hung up mid sentence so guess that was a scam
