They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable. I received several calls on my both numbers when i was in plane .. unable to attend a call. I am trying to call back this number.. doesn t answer the call.

Had a call from this number 17th October. Caller with very strong Asian accent said he wanted to talk about my personal pension details. I ended the call immediately.
