Robotic automated call initially (which worried me) but soon spoke to humans who confirmed a few transactions and are now sending out a new card. I have had calls numerous times - all through the day, sometimes 4 times a day very unpleasant and belligerent. Telling me they are from TalkTalk and threatening me saying I had to turn on my computer to fix it.
