Gave 08081433718 to call back on, but I have ignored it all so that I could check out who these people are. Clearly scammers as I suspected, but he does his best to sound convincing and gives some details and even a post code in Reading which is Microsoft's Headquarters (RZ6 1WG), but not enough details to make it genuine (as it clearly is not).
