My father had a call from this number. Stupid enough that they asked him for his bank details... well, he told them all. Noticing too late, that this might be scam. I declined and told them I am on TPS list so shouldn t receive cold calls and that without my authorization it is illegal. A call centre. The caller didn t speak until I had at which point he asked for a previous resident. This number has been registered with TPS for many years so these people should not be making unsolicited calls.
