When i questioned him about it he could only give my name nothing else. I then saod citizens advice now call random calls he then said he works for citizens governments advice. Plus theyve rung me 3 times this week. If you press 1 theyll ask for your bank details to 'ensure you DONT get charged' but theyll empty your account instead. DON'T GET CAUGHT OUT

SCAM received several phone calls via WhatsApp demanding payment for providing a service befor anything would be done. Lady admitted was of German origin and was ringing from Bournemouth. Payment was to be via PayPal or Amazon gift cards only, on refusal became more aggressive.

Various numbers starting with 02394 have called since 29 March 2023 Conversations include: "This is not a Marketing call, blah, blah" "Survey of Loft insulation, blah,blah" "When first caller was asked where speaker was calling from, answer was "The Phillipines"(Sp ?) When subsequent callers have been asked the same question the line has 'dropped out' from the far end! Make your own decision!
The number 0731519223 rang me at 6.30pm Australian time & the caller used some very nasty language ie "You are nothing but a f-----g c--t" over & over numerous times. This s not acceptable in this day & age. I am male & I am so glad my wife didn't answer the phone & be subjected to such filth.

SCAM An incomprehensible squeaky voice on the usual bad callcenter line and given an O2 security code turned up a few seconds later that's presumably what they were asking for to scam my account. Nothing good to be found here.
