SCAM. An Indian sounding male claiming to be from 'WhatsApp server' saying that they had detected a problem with my computer. He asked for me by name, so must be using some list circulated amongst scammers. I put the phone down as he was obviously fake.

Silent call rang my mobile on WhatsApp. A picture of a young woman with long dark hair appeared - don’t know her, no name. Rang x2 but she hung up after it rang a couple of times. I’ve blocked the number. Sure it’s a scam of some type.

I had a missed call from this Halifax number on my mobile but no message left. Also similar number called me recently (01422718063 - reported here https://www.shouldianswer.co.uk/phone-number/01422718063 as PPI claims), probably the same marketing company? I don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active...
