I have asked them three times to delete my contact details under the GDPR "right to be forgotten" and they simply get abusive. Scam caller claiming to be from Virgin. The call was made by an official sounding call centre (the woman sounded Indian). They offered me a 40% discount on my EE bill. I checked with EE and its a scam, nothing to do with EE. They ask some personal questions (which i refused to answer) then send a generic email, Subject 'EE Upgradation' (im not even sure that's a word, is it) saying Welcome to EE, etc, etc. I hung up and suggest you do the same.
