I had a call from this number today claiming to be from the legal team at my insurance company LV about an accident id had in Dec where my car was written off. The man knew of my name, address, post code, the date of my crash, and he said that a company called ensure had made a payment to them to forward on to me, but I've never heard of them and never claimed for myself, just the cost of my veichle which was straight forward and all sorted weeks ago. Just had a call from Caroline from UK Advisory Group -tel. no. 01454 412399 - telling about a cheque I'm going to receive from the Goverment which is repayment of erroneous bank charges. She asked me to give her some personal details for verification purposes and although I did they were all false. ???? Apparently I can now expect a call from her Financial Manager who will verify how much I will get. Can't wait to hear what this is assuming he calls that is!
