Why do they hang up after 3 rings. I stop what I m doing and go to the phone. Wish I could stop the harassing style phone calls

Seems to be another spam number just set up.

Calling EVERY day for over a week, despite my telling them to remove me from their database. They are scouting for PPI claims. Absolute nuisance!

Aye up? This lad called me on t? mobile and asked me if I?d been in t? traffic accident accident. I drive t? lorry so I was thinking I must have run someone over by t? flamin? accident and didn?t know about it! Turns out it was just some Asian lads in t? flamin call centre being a bloody pest.

This number called our landline on 16/8/18 at 6pm. We didn't recognise number so guessed it was a scammer.

Total SCAM. Asian man prompting me to remember details of a non existent life insurance policy. After being passed to 2 different Asian voices and having to repeat the information they d fed me and being told to lie when asked if someone had given me this info, I was finally passed to a English man called Jack at Clear Cover Compare who wanted me to take out insurance policy, the excuse was he was extendedin an existing policy. Sounded like a call centre. They hung up when answer phone kicked in. Anyone who knows me will leave a message so probably another dodgy cold call/scammer.
