I got called by this number at 18:07. The line was silent and when I hung up it called again. A quick search suggested it was Barclays Bank. An odd time of day for a bank to call! I contacted Barclays via their app for a live text chat. The operator assured me it was a Barclays number and not a scam. Called 5 times in the last week - I said that to him and he said they don t call off lists and it was the first time they d attempted to call. He was polite enough but just wouldn t take my word for it. Each time i ve put the phone down after asking them to remove my details but not happened yet. Each time I block the number I just get another call from another DDI.
Similar numbers 34455602xx are already reported here with Cabot Financial, PPI - probably this one is the same case, same call centre? I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?

Called me several times per day, and finally I answered.Surprise: Woman speaking English very bad, did not introduced herself, when I asked her which company or person does she represents she pretended to not understand my question.After that she hunged up
The caller rang of as soon as I answered. Therefore I suspect some Sort of sales rubbish or scammer. They will not get a chance to mess me about again as I am blocking the number. I hate this method of trying to sell things to the general public. Most of my peer group no longer answer their land line or their mobile if the number is not in their phones contact list.
After answering, the caller hung up. I returned the call and got a dead line response, suggesting this number is a scam of some sort. My advice would be to ignore or block this number and not to phone it back. If it is legitimate they would have left a message.
