The number is from SCAMMERS. When you pick up the phone when they call, you get immediately the waiting music. This is typical scam behavior. If you call back, you probably get into an expensive hotline.
Called me but when I answered the phone it was a recorded message. The message said something about 'if you do not wish to have calls, then call (so so and so so)'.

Asked how he knew that, told me it is in his database, I asked what details he had about me and my property in his database and to treat that question as a GDPR request with 28 days to comply before I report this to the Government Information Commissioner. I've put this as a Missed call but i didnt actually answer phone, i just let it ring as i didnt know who this was from and didnt actually recognise number, I'm very wary these days ,as there's too many scams goin around so i typed this number into google to see what came up it lead me here where it seemed to have a negative rating , so i will block in my Phone along with many others over the yrs .
