just got a missed call from this number, same as a few comments on this blog, American accent telling me not to ignore this call and its urgent and something about a solicitor, the message was broken, as if a bad telephone connection. tried calling the number back, gave me an international dialling tone, rang once and then disconnects.
We received the same message at our work, however I did catch the last part and it was giving a password for something! - Weird

They call claiming to be with a doctor's office or a personal friend of an employee. When employee answers, they hang up. Very annoying.
