Initially got a call from a girl called Carla (Manchester accent, noisy office environment) on a blocked number, said she was from a company called ACS on behalf of Royal Sun Alliance. In relation to a motoring accident although they didn t have the details correct. They started talking about an automatic payment put aside by the 3rd party insurance company even though there were no injuries in the accident. She called it an inconvenience payment. She was asking if I could confirm the exact details of the a

Number showed up as 0845 286 6430 on my iPhone but showed up as 0161 601 4967 on my TuGo iPad app. Watch both of these numbers.

Must have been called for about 12 times in the last 48 hours, to supposedly advice on an accident claim. Constantly rang to pressure me into signing a document they email across to me. To use my signed consent for third parties to carry on a legal communication process. Do not sign any document as the company doesn t exist after having looked online.

SCAM / SPAM This number is pretending to be HMRC from Manchester but this is a Belfast number. Wanted me to ring back urgently or I would face going to court.
