This number has been "Spoofed" as there is no business in Neath where this number is based which is a lawyers etc. The number is being used by an overseas call centre to generate leads. I had two garbled messages from this number claiming to be from Hotpoint about my tumble dryer safety repair. I don t have a Hotpoint dryer. I called Hotpoint ( different number) and they said I am not on their database, so they don t know who was calling. My advice would be to call Hotpoint/Indesit direct!

I received a call from this number this morning. The caller had my name. When I asked who was calling, the man stated that it was Direct Claims Group regarding the minor accident I'd had. I replied that 'You must mean the minor accident that I haven't had!' and told him to get off the line. When I checked Companies House records, there were two companies called 'Direct Claims Group'. One was dissolved in 2018 and the other in 2019. So the call was definitely annoying and probably suspicious.
It’s a scam! Claiming to be HMRC. Avoid, just hang up.
They have no legal basis to chase most debts but they lie and say they have. Best ignore them, say nothing and hang up.

Had a few calls today from this number, the last one just now at almost 11.30 at night. Can t say what I would do to them given a chance. That s not just a nuisance (non) call, how dare they ring so late at night? Something really needs to be done. We are on the telephone preference list, and that seems to no longer make any difference. These disgusting excuses for humans should be prosecuted and locked up forever.

Spoke very poor English, said she was from virgin media, wanted me to load a app on my phone. When I asked her why she hasn't asked me to confirm my password I have set on my account, surprise surprise she hung up. Sad sad scammers.
Used to use Utility Wise, didn t realise my contracts were coming up until i got inundated with calls from brokers and suppliers. After getting a couple of quotes which weren t appealing at all, i decided to have a look online in which i found some much better prices. online. However, Kish was able to grab me an even better deal on the first call without giving him any rates. i ve since been using him for a while as our company deals in property management, those pennies really do add up to thousands.
