This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. Then they ask you to send the details i.e. names and numbers of everyone you both know - so they can be scammed (and they will as the scammers will then have names. I sent them details of Mickey Mouse, Donald Trump and the Queen. DO NOT GIVE YOUR FAMILY AND FRIENDS NUMBERS OUT
