i got a call, and answered by mistake the guy knew my name - asked if it was me i said yes then he told me he was callingto do a survey and would only take 2 mins (it never does lol) i asked how he got my number and he said i done a survey a while ago on ???? and i had offered to do a follow up survey - I said no i didnt do that can you remove my number from your database - he hung up lol
just rang me and used my first name and asked if I had any payday loans and if would like their help in paying them off I told them no thanks and cut the call off after calling them scammers

Thinking that it might be a scam I went online to find the customer services number for the company and rang them on that number not 0330 100 7303. It is a genuine email, they gave me my details correctly and then gave me my old bank account details. because I have changed my bank since 2014 they are sending me a cheque in the post instead.
