This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases some financial offers, phishing for bank account details). The person/persons from this phone number have been phoning my mobile for nearly a week now so I decided to answer just to hear some clown say a sentence speaking in some foreign language of sorts then he swiftly put the phone down whilst sniggering...this sounds like a work place as I could hear quite a few people talking in the background.Please dont answer the phone to these idiots as they seem to be getting some sort of weird satisfaction in it.

Is this not a criminal activity as "Bank of England is a highly respected HM Govt. institution. Can't police check first, record and then arrest this people? for fraud and criminal activity charges?
