Called multiple times. Found they are called "First Call" when I asked them. Again, they are ambulance chasers and should just be blocked. A company called PPI Checker also uses this phone number. It shows as international. I asked the company name, which they gave and they also gave me their phone number!! but when I asked for their address, they put the phone down.
