Reckons they have a cheque for £3100 which they say is PPI I wrongly paid on a loan, a local delivery man would deliver the cheque and when it is cleared and the money is in my account he will call again to collect Paysafe Vouchers for £225 which I have to buy and show to the cheque deliverer before he will hand over the cheque. I got a call from this number this morning on answering A recorded message (american accent0 started the call saying that a legal writ has been placed on my name I should.... I cut the call and redialled the nr and when I engaged with the operator stating I wasn't pleased with bing subject to legal action the operator put the phone down on me. Fake "Excellent Life" opinion poll, asking personal questions that can be used to target you in future. I have had many calls with this excuse, all displaying different fake UK caller numbers.
SPAM - Got my number through a competition to win a photoshoot. Ever since I have been relentlessly called despite having changed my mind about wanting the shoot. I have blocked a number from them once before and have now had to block this one as well. Extremely annoying and frustrating.

Some *unt phoned from 01730905428. Silent call. Recently took 0800 call re "shutting down my Internet due to suspicious activity...Press 1 to stop" Why don`t the `kin` phone companies stop this 5hit. I`ll tell you why, they make money out of it, they are complicit in the fraud, the bstds.
Are based in Scotland with no known office in 01305 exchange area. Have calls from Scotland re-routed through local exchange numbers in order to persuade people to answer a local number. If you call it back, then the call is again re-routed back to their Scotland office. Not sure if this is an illegal practice under telephony legislation, but would be interested if anyone can come up with the legislation about having calls re-routed to give the answering CLI the impression that the call is local.
