Got a call from this number - all I heard was a background noise - I didn't say anything then heard a voice say "In traffic", I didn't say anything and just hung-up.
Same experience - missed calls and when you ring back there is a message saying number not recognised. My father also had a call from this number - my father asked sternly ‘who are you’ and they rang off immediately.

Don't usually answer a call unless I know who it is and it's logged into my phone but this number has called a few times so today I answered it & responded as I always do to any number I don't know by asking "where did you get my number?" - they don't answer the question. I just repeat, "where did you get my number?" and repeat repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat, repeat .........until they get bored & hang up. They don't call again!
