everytime I ask them to give me the company name they hang up, number shows as a London area code but when you call back it s dead? using IP phones with local area codes for the UK, going by their accents I would say most probably coming from India. Do NOT tell them anything about yourself, as they ll only sell it on to another dodgy bunch who will keep up the harassment.

Caller rings on average once a week, I will not answer it, if its important they ll leave a message on answerphone. I ve tried calling the number back but all I get is a recorded message saying this service is no longer available , very odd. For the last 3 weeks I had 8 + calls a day from 01412786082 and the many other phone numbers shopping direct debt collection department use about a outstanding debt I have with them . Funny thing is the account they say is in arrears was paid via a direct debt payment plan and was cleared 3 months ago . Contacting the ICO tomorrow re this harassment .
