They called me and asked for me by name, and claimed to be from the Citizens advice desk and when i asked why they were calling they told me to f off and hung up the phone

No response when I picked up after about 20 seconds a female recorded voice said goodbye

Was billed for almost £40 for an hour long call to this number that I NEVER MADE, I googled it and it returned details of a communications company, I called sky and they raised an enquiry form about it, chased it up a week later and this time when I googled the number (to get details of the company) it could not be traced and instead the number was listed as belonging to a locksmiths in Norfolk!! sky are refusing to investigate (no wonder - they are making money from this!) will be following written complai

Selling loft insulation that is sprayed on the underside of roof tiles/felt. Not much use as most loft spaces have ventilation via facias/soffits. Claimed to be regional energy saving rep, but did not say what company/organisation was representing.

Guy spoke saying that he was calling from thrre mobile....unintelligible........then asked for me by surname then....muttered something else unintelligble...thsen said for me to disregard this call......freaky.....suspect my payment this month has been stopped by the bank or something lol
