Just no, sweet talked into the card (petrol voucher purposes, so not worth it) cancelled in the allotted time, sent the card back and everything with a nice letter, this was 2 months ago. Just had my banks fraud department call to say they are trying to take money from my account (VoL didnt respond to my quitting email or letter btw) so I have had to cancel my bank card and am waiting for a new one. Do not trust them, it really isnt worth it.

Claims the government is behind these calls. Seems we all need to be told of schemes for renewable heating!

Cold call....I don t answer any number unless they leave a message and I want to call back. Any number that comes through that doesn t leave a message or is unknown to me I just put it in my blocked list and delete it immediately. Don t ever call unknown numbers back if its genuine they will always leave a message

Do not answer this firms survey questions. They pass on personal information to many many companies trying to sell you things. I refused after I did the survey to let them pass my details on, they still did. They are very abusive if you question them. I m TPS registered and told them this- they laughed. I once answered the phone and asked who is it and they automatically cut off. I find it strange how this is becoming the norm all of a sudden. I refuse to change my number though if you call me, I think it is only right that you introduce yourself first. Since they did not I know they have something to hide!!! Molly from Rapid Advice Service called regarding an accident I was apparently in (at least that explains the headache i ve assumed was due to these sort of idiot calls...). Asked where she received the information from but was transferred to Soloman. He in turn hung up when I said i d like copies of the information that he stated was supplied.
