I assume reading these posts it might be from Appliance Online as my freezer is soon to be out of warranty.I do not wish to renew it. Strange though they did not leave a message.

The said my name and asked if I worked in the industrial sector and if I d ever had any problems with my hearing? I replied..."Pardon?". Caller advised they were from "Chase Alexander" - asked for me by name - regarding RTC. I asked when was the RTC (last one I had was 2011), they replied in the last 2 years. Told them the last RTC was before that. They asked if they had their records mixed up with someone else at my address. I asked what address they had for me and they hung up. Sounds like they are trying to obtain personal details - possible vishing scam - AVOID!!!

It very nearly cost me £4000, luckily I threatened them with a police case for fraud and they left me alone until now and they are trying to sell me their machines again.
