Says they are Metrobank giving a one time password to authorise a payment to John Lewis of £845.99. Total SCAM in my opinion.

SCAM Recorded message with claim that Amazon etc etc have charged bank card. Giveaway is that there is no security/identity check at all. Amateurish and incompetent.
Missed call: the street view shows outside St Paul's - I doubt very much there is a landline right outside.

TAXES / HMRC Recorded American female voice informing me that legal action would be taken against me for a non-actioned mail. I believe this to be a scam (though the evidence is circumstantial) and possible very dangerous!
Called said they were the national covid centre fishing for details so I asked them why they were calling if they knew my status and they hung up. I have blocked their number
