The number belongs to a telemarket company named Convergys Intel - they work under the likes of 02, Vodafone etc ... Whilst they are a legitimate company I would advise against them -I used to work for them and = they don't work as employees for 02 and are contracted to Convergys Intel - 02 is their client.
