Came up on my phone bill that I rang this number 3 times 9cent each call. I never rang this number!!!

this number has called me over 50 times in a month. I have a number blocking facility on my phone, so it does not ring. I tried calling them at various times but get no answer, I suspect the use an auto dialler. I have reported then to BT and the Telephone Preference Service. I am sure they are a double glazing company as received the calls directly after a marketing firm called.
