I let it go to message, but this is a SCAM. An HMRC recording threatening Prison for not acting or replying.

Royal mail phishing scam
SCAM. Said they from BT and that my broadband was not working. I know it was as I was online and told them, also mentioned that I thought the call was some sort of scam. Got told that my mindset needed sorting. Redialled the number and it’s not in service.
