Whoever called from this number 02083131130 said they were from HMRC. This was an audio say that HMRC have been trying to get in touch and to press 1 to carry on the call.

Missed two calls from +441212855538 on Thursday 9th April 2020. Returned the call and had the automated response "Hello. You have been called by The Protection People. I rang and said "hello" they said "hi is your mum around" and then I hung up. They rang me again a few minutes later and I didn't answer

Line seemed live but no-one spoke.
Tells me I have been identified has having and industrial injury and wants to act on my behalf. I have never had such an injury. The caller uses a Merthyr Tydfil dialling code but on interrogation turns out to be a call centre in Liverpool. I explain I am a member of TPS and don t wont to be cold called. Same call the next day!.
The caller is going to send paperwork information to change my monthly donation from direct debit to standing order. I am not sure if it is genuine
