Three calls today. Have my name and landline number even though ex-directory. Claimed to be from my home towns "Workers" whatever that s supposed to be. Phishing for information, did I work in "industry" (didn t specify which). Suspect they re trying to build a mugs list for compensation claim calls.
A man called to sell me cavity wall insulation. When i tried to find out details about his company he told me "You should go to hell". When I asked his name he said it was "none of your business". He then told me to "fuck off."

Received numerous calls from this number. Several times I ignored the call thinking it was a telemarketer. Several times I answered to get silence or a disconnect. Very fishy number. They called me but the person on the phone was a recorded message telling me to call them back. It also said if I disregarded the message I could face legal consequences. Surely, if it was that serious, a real person would be talking to me and not some recorded message. Based on the other review of that number, I won’t be called back.

Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.

Despite being ex-directory and TPS registered, these cold-callers had my name but were after more information, before they could tell me if I qualify for whatever they are peddling - spray foam insulation this time. Ended the call and reported them to TPS - I recommend anyone to do the same.
