Called multiple times.. told them that the number they were calling is a registered emergency services phone and not to call again and to take the number from their call list or police would be notified.. Refused to do so unless I answered questions.

Never answer calls from numbers I do not know, always check them out on the web first. Thanks to the comments here I have now added this to my list of blocked numbers. Unfortunately the list keeps growing.
