Poor line quality, strong foreign accent. Claimed to be from SKY and had detected "slow internet" on my connection which they could fix at no cost. When I replied that I didn't have any problems, immediately hung up.

No idea who this was but as they left no voice mail I can only assume it to be bogus, some kind of sales cold call .
SCAM: pretended to be from Virgin Media, seemed affronted I asked for the name attached to the account, then hung up.
Beware of this number. This is a cyber money laundering a fraud gang
