Likely a robot playing a recorded message saying he was 'Alex' from the 'insulation advisor line' a company based out of Oxfordshire. 'He' hung up once I asked for his company number.

Fraud Apparently HMRC, answered straight away, like that happens. The fraudster was very convincing and directed me through the HMRC website and told I will get a call back from the number on the website. No call back. Wife then called them and they told her the police will be at your door. Scammers need castrating
