This number 01424308299 rang my mobile number and asked for me by name. I was asked for feedback after my claim for a road traffic accident. I have made no such claim. I have had no road traffic accident. This clearly seems like fraud and I feel furious as these sorts of calls lead to rises in everybody's vehicle insurance premiums.

I didn't answer the number I never do unless I now it. A quick check online and Halifax twitter account lists this number as there's, I then went onto return call and go through the fraud prevention, it is genuine do a search yourself.
