Had 4 missed calls from this number tried land-line then mobile have had the same every day for the last week I assume it's talk talk as I have cancelled my account with them

Phone today 27/07 purporting to being doing a survey. Assumed I was a tenant and that I needed repairs doing on my property. When I asked if they were giving me money to make repairs on my property she became flustered and said sorry they were only speaking to tenants and ended call. Sounded like a young asian woman with call centre noises in background.
Fraud Text message received: "HSBC: A New Payee request was created from an unrecognised device. You can Authorise or Cancel this request via: https://hsbc.payment-requested.com/authorise/_" I do not bank with HSBC
