Automated call - LycaMobile again. They must hand out numbers like sweeties
Returning the call has a message that says "thank you for calling In Credit Management". They have no website and call from multiple different numbers, as such this is likely a scam. Block the number. If it was a genuine collection agency then they would at least have an internet presense and would not operate out of an oversees call centre.
Claim to be from "BT Technical helpline"
Cold caller knew my name and said she understood that I was interested in a "second source of income".

Don’t know anyone in Norway and this number has called several times. Also calls early hours of the morning

SCAM - used for the classic 419 scam of "You have inherited £1,000,000" and then asking for transfer fees. this number is for a Fake Bank where you can enter a PIN and it will tell you your supposed balance of millions.
