Apparently I have had insurance on my washer with this company for 3 years and I'm due a upgrade. Never heard of the company nor never paid into there insurance.

Alex re loft insulation and potential problems. Then went on about spray foam insulation. When I asked a question I was ignored. There is no real person just a recorded message. I'm registered with TPS so should not be getting these calls plus automated calls are banned under GDPR unless the householder has specifically agreed.
