Fraud SPAM We’ve been speaking to BT about this and they confirmed the call was indeed a scam. A spokesperson from BT told us, “We’ll never call a customer to tell them their router or IP address has been compromised or ask for any personal information, including bank details unexpectedly and we’ll never call from an ‘unknown’ number.
Told me they were BT and would cut my line off for three months, it’s a scam but no doubt someone’s person may get caught by them si I think this is dangerous and people could lose money

Called me this afternoon, told them I had signed up with TMS, and have they checked this before ringing, so they did say that my name will be removed from there database.
When I answered, they hung up.
