SCAM - said was calling from a premium card service (the 3rd time I asked) to complete a short survey.
Picked phone up but I didn't say anything. After a short pause a recorded message in a perfect English voice said "Goodbye"

Hi, As far as I am aware this is a telemarketing scam posing as Advantis Credit Agency. The number is not related to them however if you were to search Advantis this is the first company you will find. Do not call them back! Advantis Credit have a poor reputation as parasites any how, but the phone number is rip off. Cheers and Good luck.
