Most likely a scam. I was told I had bought protection and antivirus in 2017 for £299 which was now up for renewal. The voice definitely had a south asian accent, and I said that I had NOT bought any such thing, and I would not renew. I then terminated the call and advised my bank.
Call left rubbish message if you call it back a message says the nunber does not exsist and you can buy it if you want, can t wait to answer when they call scamming scum tossers

Call center. Trying to get us to switch energy companies, very rude and wouldn't take no for an answer.
Caller asked me who am I speaking to?
WARNING: 01542832293, supposedly from SKY telephones with a refund of £202 for being over charged in previous months. We don't have any SKY account. Accent was so thick I could barely understand anything he said, but he wanted my details. I said I was not giving any details over the phone to someone that I did not know and wanted someone to talk to me as clearly as I was talking to him. I waited, the line was open, and he hung up. DO NOT GIVE PERSONAL DETAILS OVER THE PHONE.
