Scam, scam, scam. Aggressively calling, block one number and they call back using a different one. Beware.
Didn't answer as I didn't recognise the number. They left a voicemail so when I listened to the message a recorded voice gave an 0800 number to call and a website to visit - the address of which I didn't catch - the next thing I know I had been connected to someone in a call centre who just said Hello - dodgy much !!!
