Rang twice in 5 mins. first time the line went dead, second time was a recorded message about clearing debt.
Fraud. An automated voice claiming to be HMRC investigating me for tax fraud. It said "A warrant had been issued in your name, press 1 for more information"

The country code for 00234 is Nigeria so I would say be very careful with this number. Is most probably a scam.

i belive this to be fraud, HMRC saying there was a tax fraud against me and if I didn't press 1 then id get arrested.

SCAM. She is making threats about leaking my private history to family contacts and others. I don’t know if she is lying but if please report this
