Unnamed caller, "calling on behalf of BT", using an automated voice message. This conversation had started after I picked the phone up. Caller rang to inform me "how they could see that my anti-virus software was out of date (expired) and they had automatically charged / debited a new £200 software tool kit from my account / visa bill".
