Caller identified himself as Alec from Sky. After that he spoke very fast and loudly and I couldn’t make out what he said. I managed to interrupt to ask him to slow down and not to shout. He shouted louder! I asked him to email me what he wanted, so far I’ve not received an email. When I tried to explain that I couldn’t make out what he was saying he ended the call.
