Been phoned a few times by this number, when Receiver pick up, an automated vice says goodbye?? Very suspect!

Despite being ex-directory and TPS registered, these cold-callers had my name but were after more information, before they could tell me if I qualify for whatever they are peddling - spray foam insulation this time. Ended the call and reported them to TPS - I recommend anyone to do the same.

Recorded call: "This is an important announcement ..." I hung up on them and added them to my all bar list.

As for the others, claimed to be from HMRC and said I would be arrested shortly if I didn t press 1. Obvious scam despite the well-spoken English middle class accent recorded in the message played.

An O2 customer service representative confirmed that it is an O2 number, or rather that O2 uses this company to sell its services. The Managing Director at Intelling is a chap called Phil Morgan. It was auto call telling me my name was being used against a tax fraud and if i didn't press 1 the frraud would be sent in my name. I pressed 1 and was asked the reason for my call. i told him then he ask for my name which i gave then he said hang on while i look up uour name to bring up my files. Back again, they phoned my mobile yesterday and today my landline. Local garage had my contact numbers 2 years ago when I bought a car. In the past has just been postal advertising. The number is in Runcorn so misrepresentation of fact! Answered the phone with what are you selling, told them not to phone again as I don t want to buy a car. Must be a call centre in Runcorn, annoyed that local garage has sold or is using contact details for reasons beyond the original sale!!!

Financial scammers

Call to my landline at 1315 on 17 May 2019. When answering a recorded message allegedly from TalkTalk told me my broadband internet connection would be terminated today unless I called their number. I did not respond and terminated the call.

Watch Out! I called this number from my BT landline and got billed for £4.71 plus vat.

American voice stated was going to change my IP address within my Router and I should "Press 1 to connect with technician".
