Said they were wanting information so they would tell me how much PPI I was owed. Wanted my borrowing history over 15 years. They asked me security questions but I kept saying I didn t know who there were and not happy to give out personal information. Conversation kept going in circles as they couldn t give me answers I wanted. Called me Mrs which has never been my status!

07949504925, this sent a text message purporting to be from Hermes, stating they ahd been unable to deliver and I needed to click on a link to arrange redelivery. I have nothing on order and I know that the courier leaves a card if youre not in. I think this is a SCAM!!!!!!!

Can’t back check to see which company this is. The caller spoke so quickly and with a strong Australian/ Sou h African accent that it was difficult to understand him. The gist of the call was that I had taken out appliance cover in 2020, got the first 2 years free and now had to pay the balance of £250. I don’t think so !! I rang off but he phoned back immediately. My son answered and told him where to go. I’ll wait and see if he calls again!
