Had calls like this before where they get rude and sggressive if you question them. much easier to be polite, tell them the director concerned is on a call and see how long you can keep them holding for. My record is 8 mins 36 secs!

has 3 calls from them this morning, I called back from witheld number - was fairfax solicitors - assume debt collecting for one of my OD credit cards
it looks like a message from HSBC but it is a fraud.Be careful people. i dont have an accpount there anymore and it says to give details on a website (which is not genuine) as someone used my account. Be careful people!
